Utilizing expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing to dissolve the boundary between the interior and the horizon.

The staggered balcony layouts do more than create a dynamic facade—they act as natural shading elements, optimizing thermal comfort without sacrificing the view.

A palette of refined stone, glass, and metallic accents was chosen to reflect the changing light of the Gulf from dawn to dusk.

Redefining the Coastal Horizon The primary challenge for Valcarce Architects was to design a high-density luxury residence that feels intimate and connected to the sea. We needed to navigate the delicate balance between maximizing the stunning waterfront views for every unit while maintaining a sense of architectural solitude and privacy in a rapidly developing luxury hub.
