At the helm of this transformative endeavor, studio3eight crafted a masterful massing and street grid, ingeniously maximizing the potential of a small frontage to the main street and revealing a significant land area concealed from public view.

Recognizing that community lies at the very essence of urban interventions, we meticulously curated a design that celebrates connectivity and fosters a sense of belonging. Deliberately, we unveiled views and access to a central courtyard, an engaging oasis adorned with shade and vibrant activity, where new experiences and hidden treasures await to be discovered.
