Spectra Tower Mixed Use

The concept behind the proposed high-rise tower residential and commercial project in Da Nang, Vietnam is to create a dynamic presence in the urban fabric through the use of two unique design concepts: "Silk of Light" and "Crystal Reflection and Pixelation." The first concept is inspired by the Han River, which flows in the heart of the city and is known as the "River of Light." The tower's design draws from the river's wavy and silky waves, elevating into the facade of the building, creating a smooth reflection of the lights and enhancing the lines to be seen by everyone walking around the river.
